How does the daily unlock work?

One new quest opens per calendar day. Days you’ve already reached stay open, so you can repeat them anytime. You can’t skip ahead. If you take a break, nothing resets: the next quest is waiting when you come back.

How do I restore my progress?

Your progress is stored on your iPhone, not on our servers. TODO: explain whether progress is included in iCloud / device backups, and how to restore from one.

What happens if I reinstall the app?

Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app can delete your progress, journal entries and intention. TODO: confirm exact behaviour on reinstall.

Something looks wrong or crashes

Please email us with your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps a lot.

Deleting your data

Data inside the app lives on your device. You can erase it yourself in the app’s Privacy screen (“Erase everything”), or by deleting the app. If you joined the waitlist and want your email removed, or have any other data request, write to privacy@manifestquest.app and we’ll handle it within 30 days.

Common questions

Is this based on science?

The practices are grounded in neuroscience research on attention, the nervous system and how we imagine the future. Each quest explains the idea behind it in a short science card. ManifestQuest is not medical advice. ManifestQuest is a wellbeing and self-reflection tool. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.

How long does it take each day?

TODO: e.g. about 5–10 minutes a day.

What if I miss a day?

Nothing is lost. There’s no reset and no broken streak. You simply continue where you left off.

Can I repeat a quest?

Yes. Any day you’ve reached can be repeated anytime. You just can’t skip ahead, because each quest builds on the last.

Is my data private?

Your progress and journal entries stay on your device, and the intention you write in Week 4 is encrypted and stored only on your phone.
